I am and will always be a country girl...I'd rather be outside catching crawdads to take to the river anyday over sittin inside playing video games (I have my favorites of those too though). I believe I have found the love of my life and my absolute best friend! We have a blast together and on April 25, 2009 we will officially begin our life together. I have a passion for Geriatrics, something I'm told not a lot of people have...I've never been a "girly" girl but as I get older, I'm starting to try to be more so (baby steps)..I absolutely LOVE to laugh and will about pretty much anything...I love my family, I love my friends, I love my horse Louie, and I love waking up everyday knowing that God has a very special plan already laid out for me.

I have Faith and it is My Hope...

Last night, I had the privilege of attending a Ladies' Bible Study at the MBSF house on campus...Let me tell you...I'm hooked! This semester, the study is on Faith...at first it almost sounded coincidental and then I realized that there really are no coincidences in life..Just God's plan...with everything going on right now in my life and the lives of my family members, we all must certainly remember that there is one being that is stronger and more compentent than the rest of us put together.

Our leader, Brenda, asked a question last night that has been stuck in my head ever since. "If you had a really big problem, who would you call first?"...When she first asked that question, I first word was "Mom"...hehe....Moms do know everything and usually have a fix even if it is just temporary...I know my Mom does...and if she doesn't...it's time to call Granny! But anyway, the real answer should have been to drop our heads and pray...I love my Mom and my Granny but I do think that God has them beat on the problem solving gig...So all day today I have been trying to remind myself that everything will turn out in the end just the way it needs to because we have the best problem solver on the case!

The family I babysit for called me today and said that they would like to provide dinner for my family on the day I graduate! This really excites me not only because it is such a generous offer but because I will get to have the two most precious groups of people together under one roof...my family and my "Conway family"....I'm also hoping I can get a certain photographer and baseball player...aka Prince Charming...to attend as well!! It should be a really fun day...I just hope the weather turns out nice...Cold I can handle...Snow not so much...at least when traveling is involved...Guess that another situation for the problem solver...

I'm off for more homework and studying and maybe a little laundry and room cleaning...It's tough growing up!

"You don't have enough faith", Jesus told them. "I tell you the truth, if you had faith even as small as a mustard seed, you could say to this mountain, 'Move from here to there,' and it would move. Nothing would be impossible."
Matthew 17:20

That is all...

Amen. Never ever underestimate the power of prayer. If I know the photo taker and baseball player, I would venture to guess all you have to say is when and where! Keep that studying up!
